How do we remove the calcium or minerals stained onto the glass? We use a professional grade acid treatment that eats away the minerals on the glass while scrubbing the glass with ultra fine steel wool. This is the most effective way to remove stains from the worst windows with years of neglect and damage done to the glass. For lighter stains we can implement even other strategies with having to use an acid treatment but our chemical cleaning will take off any stubborn hard water stains that haven’t etched their way into the actual glass.
